RIGHT OF RETURN
Right of return: You have the right of withdrawal for 14 days. Please send us your withdrawal notice within 14 days of receiving the goods. (Timely shipping is decisive.) We will refund the full order amount or, in the case of partial withdrawal, the amount of the item as soon as we receive the goods. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that we cannot grant the right of withdrawal for coffee.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement at your request. Any return shipping costs are our responsibility.
